The OEG separation system DN 25 is a heat-insulated fitting group. The plate heat exchanger allows for a decoupling of the boiler circuit and the heating circuit.
That is why the separation system can ideally be used for underfloor heating systems, where oxygen gets into the heating circuit due to old plastic pipes.
The high-efficiency pump transports the water from the heat generator to the consumers. The integrated thermometers allow for an easy visual function control.
Thanks to the ball valves, maintenance of the pump and the heating- and boiler circuit is easy without having to shut down the complete system.
The check valve prevents unintentional circulation during operation. For filling and flushing the system, it can be set at flow-through. The insulation reduces heat losses to the environment.

The performance data refer to a temperature spread of 70/50°C in the primary circuit and 40/50°C in the secondary circuit. The heat exchanger with 30 plates has an output of 28 kW and a kv-value from 3.3 to 3.5.
